About the project

Project Description and Academic Framework: Skills for Life 2.0

"Skills for Life 2.0: Coding Our Future" constitutes a transnational, interdisciplinary eTwinning initiative collaboratively executed by educational stakeholders from Turkey, Romania, Italy, and Poland between November 2025 and May 2026. This project aims to equip students with a comprehensive set of essential 21st-century key competences—specifically literacy, mathematical competence, science, digital skills, and active citizenship—through a holistic and collaborative pedagogical approach.

The pedagogical architecture of the project is predicated on the principles of Project-Based Learning (PBL) and Collaborative Learning methodologies. Within this framework, the educational process transcends traditional, unidirectional instruction, establishing a learning ecosystem where students act not as passive recipients of information but as active constructors of knowledge. A defining feature of this initiative is the utilization of "Mixed Country Teams," which fosters genuine international interaction. This strategy necessitates deep cooperation centered on co-creation, rather than merely executing parallel tasks in local settings.
